Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all winnings will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is also prohibited.
Banglabe follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to maintain a secure platform. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.
Important: Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing someone else to use your account is a violation of our terms.

Banglabe offers competitive odds across all sports markets. Odds may change during live betting. All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.
If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded. Banglabe never unilaterally cancels a winning bet.
A cricket match will be voided if fewer than 50% of the scheduled overs are completed. Matches decided by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid results.
